PA (Nylon)
  PA has excellent mechanical properties, but its plating is not good enough and water absorption are the two major problems of PA applied in the car door handles. In foreign countries, such as: Germany has high requirements for storm pull, plating type PA is widely used in German cars. We usually use PA6 with 30% glass fiber and flame retardant.

PC/ABS
  PC/ABS resin is the fastest growing and most widely used material for interior door handles. PC/ABS resin is an alloy of PC and ABS, which has the high strength of PC and the easy plating performance of ABS, mainly divided into two types of plating and spraying. Compared with sprayed PC/ABS resin, the surface of plated PC/ABS resin is more metallic and looks more high-grade.

PC/PBT
  PC/PBT is a blend of PC and PBT, which is usually supplied in the form of pellets after blending and compounding. PC/PBT maintains the chemical resistance and easy molding characteristics of crystalline PBT, but also has the toughness and dimensional stability of non-crystalline PC.

  From the above we can see that the lightweight of the car is developing rapidly, the use of materials has tended to plastic material more reliable and safe performance.
